I love the Target Simply Balanced main dishes!
They're easy to make healthy by addding some vegetables and whole grains.
For "dessert" I ate a sliced pear. Delicous, healthy, quick lunch!
Kid-friendly too. Don't think your kids will eat yellow bell peppers and chicken tikka masala? Try it anyway! It's great to expose kids to new foods and it's the only way to combat picky eating. You might be surprised with the foods they'll eat.
It they don't like it, don't force it. It's ok if they try a bite and spit it out, or just eat the rice. Having it on their plate is a great start, and when it's not forced, they'll be more likely to try it again with an open mind in the future!
