Free breastfeeding drop in clinic Tuesdays 3pm - 6pm.

This week, I'm going to be flying home from a friend's wedding in Colorado, so my good friend, and fellow IBCLC, Aimbriel Lasley, will be filling in for me for the first couple hours. I'll be arriving at 5pm.

Come anytime to get a weight check on your baby and get any breastfeeding questions answered!

Burgers and grilled veggies tonight! I like to grab a random assortment of veggies, toss with grape seed oil, salt, pepper, and garlic, toss in a big foil packet and throw on the grill for 10-15 min. Flip once. Usually comes out delicious and it's super easy!

Tonight: zucchini, yellow cherry tomato, red bell pepper, mozzarella cheese
